Digital Courses / Programs
- All purchases for digital programs, online courses, or downloadable materials are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
- In case of a duplicate payment or technical issue, please contact door.to.self@gmail.com within 5 days for resolution.
Live Sessions / Workshops
- If you are unable to attend a live event, you may request to transfer your ticket to another batch or participant.
- No cash refunds will be provided.
Note
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the same payment method within 3-5 working days after approval.
