My work began with a simple question: why do smart, self-aware people still feel stuck?
Years of sessions showed me the answer lives in the body and in childhood—so I built a method that
reprograms belief loops (NLP), restores nervous-system safety (Somatics), and reunites you with
your younger parts (Inner Child Work). A private AI journal companion reflects your language shifts—
so progress is something you can feel and also see.
